I have 30 batik stamps!

That’s a lot of stamps! Here’s a few of them:

I like telling people at craft shows, “If you make me a batik stamp, I’ll make you a batik with it.” While two friends  have taken me up on this offer, I’ve never had somebody contact me after a show … until now!

After the Northern Lights Quilt Guild show, Naomi L. got in touch with me and sent me these two batik stamps she got from India:

Now I have a project. Here’s the beginning:

It doesn’t look much like the stamp, as these are more defined than the Ghanian style stamps I’m used to working with.

    I use to do batik years ago and planning to start again. The batik stamps look very interesting and I would love to get some. Can you please send me some info on how i can acquire them. I would appreciate it very much.
